Condé Nast Traveler

Condé Nast Traveler wanted to build a self-serve campaign management system with multiple administrative permission levels for a number of user generated contests and sweepstakes they have each year. The system had to be intuitive and easily support content curation and moderation for a fluctuating volume of user comments. We conducted several informal usability tests and a content audit to better understand the pain-points and needs of the editorial/ administrative staff, as well as general user behavioral patterns. We worked with the designers and product development team in mapping out a customized solution that provided the flexibility to create campaign templates with a built-in WYSIWYG editor and a moderation dashboard to manage various types of user generated content.

The project was broken up into three progressive phases to allow backlog optimizations and enhancements to be made.
